When we first published this case study, we were highlighting some serious SEO growth from when we first started with San Antonio Orthopædic Specialists. Fast forward to 2024, and their SEO isn’t just staying steady; it’s continued to grow.

- Keyword rankings have grown 99.3%, up from 1,632 to 3,252 keywords. 
- Engagement continues to grow with over 48K active users in 2024, which is more than 80% year-over-year growth. 
And all of this is still hyper-targeted to their key service areas in San Antonio, Boerne, and New Braunfels, across terms like knee replacement, hip replacement, orthopedic surgeon, and more.
