Duties & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries or concerns.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule.
Coordinate and track the progress of marketing projects to ensure they align with client objectives.
Creative Input:
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns, drawing from industry trends and best practices.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral, content, and visuals as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
Budget Management:
Assist in budget tracking and management for client projects, ensuring that campaigns stay within budgetary constraints.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging marketing technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, account management, or client relations.
